Our LSP session opened up an important conversation with my business partner. We've been torn on our long-term company direction. Somehow working with the concepts using the Lego bricks allowed us to describe the "why" of each of our opinions. We spoke for a long time afterward and while we still disagree, we now understand each other. Not only that, but having our challenges laid out in front of us gave a top-down perspective that's hard when you're in the details.
