In this episode of The Entrepreneur’s Journey, I interview Russell Kim, a lifelong successful entrepreneur. Russell has a unique story and a wide range of experience as a business owner. Through his story, you will discover that despite his achievements, a change in career direction got in the way of embracing his abilities.
At the early age of nine, Russell stumbled into entrepreneurship, helping his parents with their business. However, Russell discovered he loved electronics, so he opened Audio Dimensions, a custom audio and visual company. In three years, he sold the business for six times the operating profit, which is unheard of in an industry with a unique set of hurdles. However, after he sold his company, Russell started to lose his way and struggled to find a new career path.
Currently, Russell is an EOS implementer, helping others discover the success he had with Audio Dimensions. As a Professional EOS Implementer, Russell helps small to medium size businesses get everything they want out of their business, including understanding root causes of problems, how to lead more effectively, and getting everyone working towards the same vision with discipline and accountability, something EOS terms Traction®.
