Welcome to Uptimize Marketing—formerly TLC Marketing. We’re taking this moment to give you some background on why we changed our name and give you some insight into our marketing approach.
Tracey Cheek started this company seven years ago. She has a long history in the aviation industry and has helped many business colleagues develop their marketing. Over time, she saw her client base grow far beyond aviation, and as the team grew, she realized that TLC Marketing had grown far beyond its original scope. That’s when she gathered the team and decided to rebrand.
We wanted a name that uniquely represented the values we believe in and present in our work. We have a strong commitment to creating marketing plans that truly fit the needs of business owners. We want those plans to yield the results they seek and maximize the return on the investment the business owner is making. Budgets can be limited in the world of entrepreneurs and one-size-fits-all marketing plans don’t work. We feel strongly about that. We want plans that optimize their return on investments and help their growth charts move up.
We thought about how we describe ourselves and came up with these key brand attributes:
- Genuine – We’re genuine people offering genuine marketing. No gimmicks: no cheesy plans that cost money but don’t meet your needs.
- Hard-working – We work hard to understand your business and deliver results that align with the goals we’ve set.
- Open-minded – We are open to changing what isn’t working. The business world is a process of continual improvement. Just as life is dynamic and sometimes surprising, marketing also should be always evolving to reflect your ever-changing needs and the marketing landscape. We work hard to keep marketing plans fresh, relevant and profitable. And fun.
- Honest– We only suggest services that fit your needs. We don’t upsell or re-use old plans that have been run into the ground. If it isn’t in your best interest, it isn’t really in our best interest, either. Your success is our success–we truly believe that.
